Anthony Santangelo

Anthony Santangelo, already an award winning barber and cosmetologist, saw the need for a company that looked at the art of hair replacement as just that ART. Anthony, the innovator of hair replacement, started AMS Designs so that individuals with the need for added hair would have a place to go that could not only fill the need but also make them look good. A place where there is no pressure sales, a place where people want to go to have their hair done. Anthony’s whole philosophy is that we are hairstylists that use hair additions to achieve the finished look our clients want to see.

Anthony sits on the board of Directors of Cosmetologists Chicago, one of the leading industry associations and sponsors of the Midwest Beauty Show. Anthony is the Past president of the American Hair Loss Council and is involved with the Alopecia Areata Foundation. Anthony has worked with the American Cancer Society and has been a guest speaker at many medical and non-surgical symposiums. Anthony has been a featured educator for many of the industries educational events. He has been featured on many television shows and in newspapers though out the United States. He has also been used ad an expert for both the legal and collegiate professions and has been published.
